That said, your main source of power will be your talents and your secondary source will be the legendaries that provide you with buffs that are acquired through brokers. Utility spells are pretty useful as Shadow Priest such as Shackle Undead which is extra potent here because the mobs are mainly Undead.
Also, over-pulling is definitely something you should avoid doing, especially in Shadowlands, as you do not wish to drain your crowd control or your HP. Having a high single target DPS is not an option when it comes to Shadow Priest play style anyways. So try not to rush through Torghast and take everything in one step at a time, collect all the Phantasma and visit the brokers every chance you get to acquire damage buffs and anima cells.
