Recently Blizzard released a letter stating that World of Warcraft: Shadowlands will have some new hotfixes. Some of which are the three new achievements for upgrading all of the Covenants Sanctum tiers one, two, and three. Also stated in that letter that the Anima rewards now scales upward when earning each new Achievement for unlocking a tier on all of the four features in your Covenant Sanctum.
