RULES TO BEING A GOOD RAID LEADER IN THE WORLD OF WARCRAFT

Do you like going to Raids in Shadowlands? Are you always the leader, or do you always want to be the Raid leader?  Here are some rules on how to become a good Raid leader in the World of Warcraft.

  1. Controlling your Emotions

This is probably the most important rule you have to remember if you want to be a Raid leader. Because if you’re in an environment that needs teamwork and doesn’t know the people around you, they can easily commit mistakes. As a leader, you have to keep your emotion intact because you are the one that keeps the group organized, focused, and working together.

  1. Understanding People/Raiders

There are many people that you can encounter in this game. Knowing and understanding what kind of person they are is important because it will help you communicate well to your teammates and lead to your team’s success.

  1. Know the Encounters

In every Raid battle, it is also important that you know the encounters. Whether that be tanks, healers, and dpsers, you need to explain the fight in a simple way where your teammates can understand where their responsibilities are.

  1. Having Officers that Can Help You

Having people you can trust is important because running a guild takes a lot more than just raid leading, and if you are the raid and guild leader, that would be quite overwhelming.  It also helps divide the responsibilities depending on how you guys do it.
